I buy made is USA shoes, i dont need any furniture or hand bags. With a minor in economics, I can see where he using tariffs to beat back all teh country that load tariffs on on MADE IN THE USA products. 300% for dairy? They have never been fair made worse when administrations let them be. By taxing every one Else's goods he is forcing them to the table. Making our goods cheaper over seas. No one likes how the sausage is made, but most people love sausage. Despite what you wont hear on mainstream media, China is negotiating. Mexico negortaied. He called out the head of the EU who will have to respnd. You will see a reduction if not elimination of many tariffs by facing off against those countries who have charged us for decades.

Not hardly, shoes and handbags are hugely affected by fashion trends so why buy something that's "out" in a relatively short time. Those shoes and handbags I would consider timeless are typically not made in Japan and unfortunately a little too pricey for me anyway!  :-)

Huh?  No idea what you're talking about.  I buy shoes when I need them and most of mine come from US manufacturers that build in the US.  The last time I bought a handbag... yeah, that was never.

 

Tarrifs don't really bother me and I've talked to enough economists who agree that this is the right thing for our country to do and LONG over due.
