Everyone in business needs to understand that even when a Members Only post, all it takes is a screen grab by someone with other intentions, the conversation no longer remains hidden. Using the lessons taught at a younger age helps to keep it civil but some people just cannot help themselves Richie. I have long thought about this. Almost all the comments on our posts will be from other members of AR. This can give us the impression that it's a closed network that only we can see. If that is the case, blogging here would have little merit- as we'd only be either blogging for points or for influencing others who may, at best, become great referral partners and social friends.

Anyone who has the experience of arriving at an AR post from a general web search can see what our words look like from the outside in. Petty squabbles are amplified. We need to be aware, as you point out, that we are viewable. Thus we can be judged as knowledgeable or professional or at times petty.
