we have visitors sign in on our sign in sheet....we have a column asking if they have a buyer's agent and naming them.... we honor all buyer agents even if they've never seen the property.....we only represent the seller....

There is, but many visitors will refuse to sign in digitally. I'd keep a paper and pen sign- in list on hand, and even then, many visitors will use wrong phone #s and email addresses, or provide no contact info.

Nina Hollander has some good options.  I've also used mail chimp's app, so that they were all added to my mailing list as well.  You can make a simple form online too, if you have a website make one on there and have your tablet get internet access (either through wifi or having it's own cellular connection).

I use a piece of paper. Many seem to prefer this to electronic (I've done both). Surprisingly, I almost never receive resistance from people signing in. I do make sure to ask if they are already working with an agent.

You have been given a couple of programs, i use a paper sheet as well and hand them my ipad. I like to have 2 agents had a busy open house, one to greet and sign in and the other to walk around showing the home and answering questions. Also a good safety precaution
