It depends on the listing agreement and how much your broker split is.

This is a matter of negotiation with the seller at the time the property is listed. There is no absolute answer here.

That is something I have negotiated with the seller upon taking the listing, so there are no quesitons about that.

This is not a public conversation. Talk to your instructor about why!

What is the percentage of likelihood that this similarly repeated questuoon will be asked this long weekend? Hmm? Some will say never and may be quite adamant. Others will answer based on certain situations. Still others will pursue dual agency as their modus operandi. I doubt we Wii need to wait until Tuesday before we see another example of what I believe is the incorrect reason for a question to be asked anonymously.

We do not discuss commissions in open forums, only allowed amongst those in our brokerage.

The agreed upon fee, it's twice the work.
If it's a repeat client I go from 6% to 5% as a thank you.

I don't discuss commission on public forums or outside my office and if you are an agent, you shouldn't either. The Feds are always watching.
3,114,302
Well that would depend upon what my listing agreement says. But that's between me and the seller and I only discuss it with clients.
2,631,572
The agent takes nothing. Only brokers get paid a commission; they decide what their fee is.
3,408,104
That really depends what you negotiate with the broker who hires you. It could be 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 or be 80/20. When you interview ask what they pay and what they offer. Also ask what the broker may charge, desk fees etc

If dual agency is allowed in your state, you get the entire listing commission.

The normal percentage is 3 however each agent has room to negotiate down or up. I have seen as low as 1 and high as 4.
