Unsure. I think the Franchise was formed during the Great Recesssion with 7,000 realtors. Broker has been around 40 years ......

Last 13 years I never felt one brokerage was much different from others. Some have more garlic flavor than other spicy brokerages.  They are just interested in getting a share....
