That is just beyond my imagination I'd have to really think hard about taking a listing like that. There would have to be a lot of other wonderful things in this house to mitigate this issue.

Additional bath for when you just aren't sure you are going to make it home from the market. The great thing about this restroom is you will not have to worry about having to fumble with you keys when you get home.

On another note, I did have a listing with a similar facility, but it was inside the garage. The garage had a party pad upstairs for the husband, and it kept them from having to tramp through the house for relief. Similar setup though with the curtain.
