I don't set goals.... after I left the corporate world, I said I'd never do it again... and I haven't. Too much focus on the goals instead of doing what you know you need to do. And you know what? It's worked for me for 25 years not setting goals... I'm doing just fine and where I would have expected to be at this point in the year.

Way beyond.

And so it goes. Life creates diversions and opportunities.

I have not set any business goals.

The year has not gone as planned but adapting quickly to market changes sure has helped. A great winter, a slow spring, a great start to summer, a horrible July, a great August. In the end sales are the same as last year, but came in spurts. Hoping for a strong fall market

No sir, I'm going to be close by the end of the year, however I was hoping to be closer to my year end goals than where I'm at.

My goals? My #1 goal is always to exceed my clients goals so far for this year every home seller has received contracts that meet or exceed their goals and all in short amounts of time on the market. As for person financial goals I never reach those and never will I always move them further away as I get closer to them.

Life is good. I enjoy beating my own drum ... it works well for me.  I am happy. I am healthy. My heart is filled with peace and joy.

Actually it seems the EOY momentum is building for us. Goals? We no need no stinkin' goals!

Life remains fulfilling

Worked on the numbers yesterday.  Right where I want to be.  Consistency makes me happy. 

Pretty much there have a couple of things going which will put me there

Soon 2018 will be over.

The year is almost over. We did it.
