BILL CHERRY this is a good video. I'd recommend breaking it up into 5 3 minute videos though and title them the different points you hit. 15 minutes is a long time for a video. You can keep that one, but then create 5 no more than 3 minute versions and divide up your points and release them too, that way people who won't watch 15 minutes, may watch 2-3 of your shorter ones, same message. Make sense?
Good job though!!! Also you'd get more here to watch it if you hyperlinked your link instead of making us have to copy & paste.
The digital age is the lazy age.

Here's the live link
15 minutes? NOOOOO.
You are going WAY too deep. It's going straight over your target's head.
You need to be FAR more concise and elementary. I come from radio and we were taught to play to a third grade education for good reason.
Break it ALL down to about half a dozen bullet points, and deliver them with brevity and clarity.
Everything you're saying is wise--but it's for the face to face meeting you will have with a client, or discussion while out viewing.
The glare from the lamp behind you is distracting.
You look quite dapper, though! :D
Tighten it all up and win!

To the few who can net more, good for you. For the majority, a Realtor is the way to go. And remember time is money when you are paying interest!

I'd just ask them to provide me some empirical proof that not using an agent saves the seller money.

52 years! That's impressive, Bill!
I always share data that shows that an agent will get you more money AND guide you through a lot of legal mumbo jumbo that you will never want to deal with on your own!
In addition, they'll never get more from an investor on a sale.

I like Joe Pryor suggestion to shorten it. A lot of people won't click on it when they "15 minutes" time.

I'm not sure that seller is making more money when selling to an investor. Maybe occassionally they will. Remember, investor needs to add the cost of the buyer's agent and the listing agent's fee to the home that he/she is purchasing to flip because investor needs to pay those fees when selling the home.

Surprised your flippers take this approach, I find it best to buy when an agent is involved, helps to get the fsbos to price their home more appropriately.

Hi Bill,
I concur with those who say it is too long. Broken up into a series of shorter videos would be my preference. End each one with a teaser to watch the next.

Way too much info to watch for one video. Pick 1-3 quick points only.
I think your info is good but needs to be organized...into buyer issues, seller issues, or frequently asked questions etc.
You need to show more face and less body. You have a nice professional look and a great voice.

Do you think it is concise enough?
No. Let me explain.
First a video CAN NOT BE TOO LONG....
It can be too boring. Many may suggest the cure to a boring video is the shorten it. Answer the real question being asked and they will stay engaged and rewarded by words shared by someone who knows their need.
The video is full of detail and is a deep dive into how tranactions take place, the players and where the money went.
However, that is not the real question your NEXTDOOR folks are asking.
Yes, it certainly sounds like they want the details, but they do not. They feel asleep before the 3rd minute.
Remember, when in pursuit of cause, you need to squeeze to the third level. Level one is all about me. Level two is all about my family. Level three is about my community. Level four is about my fear. Level five is about my purpose.
Press with open ended questions to understand level 3 from a multitude of those you meet. They should be strangers and those who trust you to keep them safe.
Then answer that question with a open heart which creates the bond that leads to trust.
No, that does not mean you skip the facts. It does mean you bake a different cake with the same ingredients. When you answer the question they really have and you answer without them asking, you will appear to be in sync with their thoughts and emotion. That is the direct portal to trust.
