hmmm, the spitball ideas I am sure could be more refined. My company has 200+ currently & I'm sure my owner would prefer to discuss new ways to do biz besides spit.

My brokerage has over 300 in 10 different offices in NC & SC and I am a broker but, not over the other agents! Can't help with this one as I'm not the one who makes office policy.

Have you thought of putting it out there on FB? There are a lot of groups out there with broker-owners who would love to have your input as well.

There are many brokers over 200 agents.  I am not familiar with your 'spitball' concept.

I'd like to know how 200 agents are managed and the managers stay mentally stable....

Now that deserves further elaboration. As an independent, you have already taken the 'salmon' route suggesting the other fishes may not be like minded.

Here in the Q&A section are lots of agents and solo brokers who also swim against the current.  What is your vision or greater purpose as a broker?

After all, it easy to affiliate and embrace the 'cultures' of other organizations. However, we don't need an independent to drink the Kool-Aid.

Why limit it to that size brokerage?

Good for you Gary. Masterminding with like-minded individuals is a very powerful tool.

Both of our Market Centers are in that range, but our leadership team involves much more than a broker.

There are Keller Williams training programs for every aspect of owning a brokerage, managing the administration, being the broker, managing and executing the accounting and the bookkeeping, hiring staff, recruiting agents, agent retention, agent training, and more.

The Keller Williams culture is a culture of sharing, so you will be able to mastermind with many KW brokers and/or owners.

I suggest that you join the Fb group The Whissel Way - Kyle Whissel ... Kyle is a successful Broker, trainer and speaker with Tom Ferry. He created this Fb group to help agents learn and grow their business. I find Kyle very cutting edge and real. Join the group and post your idea on the page. Not sure how you can search for this! You might try the top 50 independents and see if they have an interest. They share information among themselves.
