Interesting but it's not something I track.  

 I am open to anything even a carrier pigeon....

I have severl folks who reach out to me on FB Messenger. In fact, I just went under Contract tonight with a $1M buyer who reached out to me 2 weeks ago on FB Messenger! I ALMOST missed their message! 

For the most part it's text, phone and email though. 

My clients either email, text, call, facebook message (which I don't like), send me notes through MLS and I think that's it.

I was reading the responses and each one of them was true for me, too.

if I'm not spending money on it I don't really track it anymore.  I tend to track the ROI on where I spend my money.

I only allow them to contact me by call, text (for non-essential only) or email.

I let them know I need all communication documented (I reiterate calls in emails) and if they expect an organized Realtor, to limit it to those three methods as I do not use social media nor APPs for communication in business.

Too many INBOXES!

If my clients try contacting me through anything other than phone, email or text, they will not get a reply.

My clientele use text and then email.

Clients only contact me via text, call or e-mail.  I make a point of finding out which of these methods they prefer and stick to that method throughout the transaction.   

All sorts of ways but I don't track it.

Let me count the ways....

It like herding cats.

Any one client will use text, phone and email.

I reinforce to all clients that text, phone and email are their options.

If a CLIENT chooses to send random non-sense into the Ethernet, they need to know, I'm NOT THERE.

Once they are clients communication becomes mission critical. IF they can't understand the importance of text, phone or email, there are bigger problems ahead.

I've actually encounters 'all about me agents' whose preferred communication channel is FACEBOOK. "What, you didn't read my response on Facebook!" Like the plague, I avoid such agents.

For the most part email, text and hone but getting more FB messenger

So many ways, I am sure I miss a few, but then who has time for people who are sending smoke signals and pigeon notes.

Call, text, email. I don't use those other things and we've never had clients who wanted us to. -Kasey
