1. Do you provide formal training to agents?
2. Is there a program where new agents are mentored by top producers?
3. Are any of my training or class expenses eligible for reimbursement?
4. What is the starting commission split? Does it change with production?

I've been happy in general with my choices but of the two I dumped: one was the brokers lack of a moral rutter and the other was because of the excessive amount of paper work they required.... just one more form and then we will pay you... oops found another, and another.

This is a personal preference. Everyone has different needs in their business which is why there are so many brokerages and so many different business models.  Of course, the broker should be knowledgeable, available and honest. But what are YOU going to need? Mentorship? Coaching? Training? Office Space? Signs & Business Cards? Leads and clients handed to you? A Team? Receptionist/Transaction Coordinator Available?  The question isn't what is most important, the question is 'What is most important to YOU'? Good luck! -Kasey
