You've been selling homes by the shore since 2004. Let's be honest, no one is going to teach you anything NEW. What they can do is present what you have forgotten in a way that could prove more meaningful.

Polson has core principles that ring true and will be repeated regardless of whose training you attend. However, hearing it from somebody young  and contemporary is appealing.

Here are some exceptional core principles from Polson:

• A postcard strategies should pull in a 3-5% call-back rate
• Lay the groundwork before you get licensed (no one says this. I'm a fan of this principle and it's laid out in 'Get On The Right Track.' New agents need a business plan and they can't create one without doing the ground work. RESULT: 90% never see their 2nd year anniversary)
• Use scripts.  For example  calling recently engaged people about homeownership
• Be prepared to springboard from a team BEFORE you join the team.
• The three pillars: listings, leads and leverage (hmmm, leverage, I wonder what that means? I bet you have leverage potential created since 2004.)

If any of that revs you up, then write the check.

PS: I have NOT attended Polsons course. But from what I've gleaned he and I are on the same wavelength. That could be scary.

There are no reviews done online so you will be the first one. I spent 2 minutes on Youtube I was not even interested in his link..... Sorry.

When I looked at the price I fainted.  I get listings because I work on them hard not that I took a class or 10.  In fact, at our brokerage my broker did not even want me to teach how to get listings. I teach other classes as asked.
