I used to like them too, and used them often and got lots of clicks on certain posts in social media and my WP blog, and it was helpful to see that traffic. But since they changed the format some time ago I think the older ones that were used (the old ...actvra...format) are all broken.

Glad you posted this, Tammy! I'm with you - I use it and I love tracking the clicks in the stats.

Also, I've never had any issues with them in current SM posts - it's the old ones that don't work after they changed the code for the shortlinks.
