When they insist on writing unreasonable offers and tell me I have to write it up for them. Not such that I'm deciding what an unreasonable offer is in a seller's market... Crazy low offers that are unreasonable in any market.
Doesn't happen very often that I turn down working with someone. But it has been a weight off of my shoulders the couple of times that I have.

Probably the same answer as I gave when its time to say good bye to a listing..if the client won't take appropriate advice to allow them to reach their goals its not going to be any fun helping them. Fortunately it usually just takes the time to listen to their goals and explain thoroughly the market conditions and make sure they are being realistic.
There will always be those that are not prepared for the Reality of Realty someone that has been to or watched some webinar promising they can buy homes for 50 cents on the dollar in a sellers market.. possible problems that can come along. But usually that can be given more accurate information.

I say Good Bye at the end of our showings. Just kidding, soon as I get the feeling they are "professional lookers". In particular I've dismissed buyers when I have shown them all the best homes & they are nit picking them. "Nothing else to see, I'll give you a call when something new comes on" ; )

I can feel it - this isn't working and it's time to part ways. I parted ways with a seller as soon as it closed last year. Done. It's good to free up the energy and focus on postive stuff.....not all the bs.
