I can't take on more social media so no IG.
HOWEVER, FB is rocking me lately! Got me a deal on a residential in 5 days in Feb . . . and now I am starting on an 8M development with a guy who caught me via sponsored ad (on another of my properties - he's buying that too!) that cost me about 15 bucks. Let's alllll do the math!

IG - I'm there but, I spend more time looking at everyone else's posts than posting my own! No business from there but, it's fun watching others' lives unfold on IG!

FB ads have been a gold mine for many over the last couple years.  Now they're getting more expensive... from $1 a lead to $10-$15.  Everyone and their mother is now preaching the gospel of the FB ad, especially as opposed to using Zillow or Realtor for their paid leads.

 

I've done a few of them over the years and have had decent results, but no sales directly attributed to it.  As a matter of fact, I did my first event ad right before logging in here for tomorrow's open house.

I am on IG but I dont use it for business. I have friends on there that do and it feels a little bit like theyre forcing these homes onto a site where no ones posting business. I do post to my Facebook Business page regularly and it gets lots of views and people contact us there. If I were to use IG to post real estate I would keep away from Just Listed and Just Sold and do more real life situations while on the job, keep it real.

I have an Instagram account... but that's pretty much it. I get most of my business from repeat clients and referrals from clients... so I really focus my efforts on them and not on things like Instagram.

I do not use Instagram, right now i am doing well with what i do than having to learn another social media platform. I do use FB to remind those who i know what do, that i sell real estate and i can hep them. It is a good place to promote my blogs as well.

Just followed you and will go back and follow others who have also posted their IG profiles. Mine is here. I have not had the time to use it properly but I do get a bunch of biz from FB, both organic and because of exposure from ads/boosts.
