Normal. My message directs callers to contact my assistant if they don't immediately hear back from me. My assistant gets my voicemail messages as well so, when I'm gone, she knows to respond.

My clients, however, are all informed and know that if they need me, I will get back to them by the end of the day when I'm traveling.

No I do not change my voicemail. I'm on "vacation" at the moment and had a closing two days ago, another closing today, submitted an offer two days ago...  I do have someone standing by in case I need something done in person but it's sort of business as usual.

Depends on the vacation. Usually no because we still answer calls the same but if we know we will be less available we change it to add a line that gives them another agent in our company to call as well. -Kasey

when I was actively working, I was on Cape Cod EVERY WEEKEND.... my phone was at the beach and wherever I was!!!  and I wouldn't dare NOT answer it.... those were new home deals ..... no one pinched hit for me.
