the only system I would use to target market is direct mail marketing.... you have the target you want.... use the method that best suits you to make the phone ring by targeting....

system? no  Site? yes.  We advertise on lakehouse.com and have for about 10 years.  The package we buy is less than $75/mo paid annually and allows us spotlight ads on two lakes we work on, 40 listings with 25 photos each.  We have gotten a great return on this investment year after year.

Sorry, hardly any lakes out here (all are man made).  I second Tammy Lankford, ask Kathleen Daniels mentioned.

Not that I know of but each CRM can be modified to do anything. YOU will have to do the work though.

Lakefront properties are not my niche.

I do not but would use organic lead generation with good keywords about lake properties.

I would imagine a lead system that worked for one type of property location would likely work for most or all.. what are you using that is working elsewhere?

There is no lead system for lakes.

Central Florida has thousands of lakes with only a handful being prime waterfront.  There are lakes to boat on, swim in and some to only fish in...or just look at. There is a world of difference in the quality of water and the size of the lake and water levels.

If you want to sell waterfront, become an expert and then write some blogs.  You must be able to talk the lakefront talk and walk the walk.

I use my own lake-front sales as lead generators by sending out just sold postcards and sharing the sold information on my website and my blog here. I've never heard of 'lakefront property leads,' Mike!

We have lots of lakes in our state but never listed a home on a lake.

I see you already have a website, and at first glance it seems to rank okay. Work on improving your website's conversion rate to get more leads.

Your registration form could use some work. For example, it's not responsive, the wording could be improved, it should be a modal window and not a new page, you could initially show the form at less properties views, etc.
