I use if after each Closing, scanning in the paper ALTA/CD/HUD-1s that the attorneys hand us! I wish they would just scan them in and send soft copies to all parties!

Yes. I bought an HP I bought in 2008. I don't use it too much for business anymore. I only occasionally need to scan a document. Most of my use is scanning old pictures of my kids to embarrass them with on FB. 

I have a Brother multi-function device I bought some 7 or 8 years ago (I think).  Has a color scanner and is one of the most reliable printers I've had since my HP LaserJet 4L from the mid 90s... before Carly Fiorina killed HP's legendary quality.

Yes... it's a Xerox (second one I've owned)... less than 5 years old, but I couldn't tell you if it's 4 or 3. My previous one lasted forever... had to replace it because it wasn't compatible with Windows 10. Otherwise it probably would have run for another decade or so.

Fujitzu Scan Snap. I don't remember being without it. Have no idea how old but it works great...love it.

Lke Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland and Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers , I have a Fujitsu ScanSnap.  Have had it since 2010.  It is the hardest working piece of equipment in my business, outside of my cell phone and computer.  LOVE IT!

I have a Multi-Function Printer/Scanner/Fax. It is several years old but still works great. For a home office, I think a multi-function is the way to go.

Yes as I still have borrowers and loan officers that occasionally mail (yes, snail mail) actual papers. I also still receive some paper bills, statements and receipts in the mail that I like to scan so I don't have paper that I need to keep keep track of. 

My current scanner (all-in-one) is is only 7 months old as I upgraded last year so I could scan 2-sided papers.

We have two. Both are Oki and are absolutely the best. One is over 10 years old, the other 5. Both are MFP laser systems

I do with my HP OfficeJet. It is probably 10 years old at this point. It has been having issues with printing lately, so I am in the process of looking for a new all in one. I'd like to go with a legal size scanner with the next one, & I have to have a top load feeder for the scanner/copier.

I sure do.  It is a workhorse.  Never any issues with it!

With all the short sales I did years ago and being a paperless broker since January 2012, the scanner makes processing a file seamless and easy to manage.

We don't do paper in our home or work.  We have two Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners that are workhorses (we have had them about four years).  Every piece of paper that comes in gets scanned and shredded.  My wife and business partner uses a system called DevonThink to store all the documents - it doe character recognition, so every receipt, check, record can be instantly retrieved with a few keystrokes.

I do have a scanner, copier, fax combo machine at home. Also a laser printer. Both are several years old but fit my needs here. Our Team has a heavy duty unit at our office...separate from the office machine.

I have multiple scanners (in a manner of speaking). One multi-function printer that includes a scanner - which is about 3 years old, a scanner app from taking a photo with the camera from the laptop, and same on my smartphone (camscan).

I have my own scanner & it is pretty old. Not sure that I need a new one either. I did think of that about a month ago when I packed it to move. It works & I only use it every few months or so. It's got some dust!

If anyone is interested - in Chrome there is a PDF extension that pretty much does the same thing for docs or screen shots. Check it out instead of buying something that I think is on it's way out. 

I have a HP All in One Printer With Scanner at my home office. Not sure how old it is. 

I have an HP all in one printer, copier, scanner and fax machine. This particular one is about two years old, had something similar prior to that and it works well.

I had to laugh Paul - we've had a lot of scanners over the years. Normally we have 2 on hand but one just died and it wan't that old.  It cost more to buy the part then just buy a new one. Kind of crazy, isn't it.

I'm a firm believer in all-in-ones Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS,  and laser ones at that. My oldest is probably 12 years old or more and only runs on XP. I have Brothers, Canon, Dell, and who knows what else.

NG. Need to go to brokerage office for better quality. I see better scanner that title company uses but it costs way more than I want to pay for.
