Not to constantly repeat myself but TP is a total bunch of crap & always has been. You don't have to look far to come up with something better AND at a better price.

That's the reason I dropped them myself. I now use Infusionsoft... very robust system.

I second Hubspot. The free version is very good and like Nathaniel Montgomery said, it has a lot of integrations. I also tried out Bitrix and found it to be a good solution, also free, but not as slick as hubspot... although they've made many an improvement since I used them.

Hey, John! Folks we work with use the full loaded AccelerAgent CRM. We think it's pretty awesome. :-) If you ever want to see it in-action, I'd be happy to set something up! - Tim

One of the only reasons I used TP8i was it allowed me to send out as many emails as I wished. I had huge Realtor email lists I'd accumulated over the years--CRS,CIPS, Convention lists, local Realtors, etc. I would send out 2500 at a time. I went to send out my list and got a "error" message that I'd exceed their 1,000 email rule. I then took it over the Constant Contact and they are even worse and stated I needed to go through all the emails to make sure they were valid. TP is a bit clunky but they have been adding some interesting modules but I really like the mail merge feature on the emails. I may have to break my lists up.

Oh, I totally agree with your decision - been there, done that, John! IXACT is serving my needs quite well right now but, I know there are several out there that are top-notch. Give Tim at PropertyMinder (AccelerAgent) a call - they have a great product.

I have been using Top Producer since 1996 and believe me there is no way anyone can fully appreciate all of the things they offer. The problem is we don't have time to learn. Their Customer Service department will take time to teach us. Finding a new company will not solve your problem. Call TP and ask them to show you what you are hoping to accomplish. Don't lose the account. IMHO

John Cordeira - TP8i keeps on adding the features.
I do not use it as much as I should.
