The highest that I've seen listed was around 138M in Manalapan, Florida - An Estate of 33 Bedroom and 38 Baths. Looks like that's about 708,652.98 per month!!

The most expensive currently on the market in my area is $45,000,000.  Waterfront on Lake Washington. 9420 square feet on over 3 acres including 300 feet of sunset and city view waterfront, dock with exquisitely landscaped grounds. 

There is one priced at $15,000,000 which is $10,000,000 overpriced.

You know as well as I that home prices here are EXPENSIVE and most sell for over asking price. 

Cape Coral $4,500,000.

Fort Myers $15,950,000.

Fort Myers Beach $4,600,000.

Bonita Springs and Estero $7,500,000.

Think there is a single family in Lincoln Park priced at 50 million. And, that is below construction cost.

The most expensive homes are on the Ocean or Lake front estates. I have not looked to see what the highest price is but will.

Ours is not quite this expensive.

Newark, Ca., where I live, is not an expensive town. Highest dollar amount sale in our mls was $1,548,000 for new construction of a 4/3; 2,100 sq. ft. home on a 5,200 sq. ft. lot last May.

Although, that was topped last year by a sale of a 2/2 of less than 1,000 sq. ft. that was built in 1912. It sold for $1,760,000. The value was in the land…over an acre…for future development, I suspect.

This seems like fake news to me.  Our homes go up above $4,000,000 and as low as $80,000

Solely based on price a $32M home has been lingering around but "most expensive" in my mind is an $11,000,000 contemporary nearby. It's a value thing Sam!

3.295M is the most exspensive one on the market in my area.  

We have had one that sold at $8M back in 2013 - a rather large deal was made of it here since $2M would be considered a WOW sale in the Charlotte area! This one took 2 years to sell and was originally listed right at $10M.
