I keep a “hit list” 🔪of phone numbers that use broadcaft and 💣blackball those people and their businesses as well as block them permanently from my phone.

No I dislike broadcast messages and would not want to inflict that on potential buyers and sellers

I can set my crm to do this, but if someone started slydialing me with listings I would be blocking their phone number.

My handyman uses text broadcast his solicitations. He is more advaned than I am. A closer look at his friend I recognized a couple of realtors. Want to block him if he lauches another blast...

Why do SOOOOOooooooo many people, organizations, political and government agencies to it? It rude, bold, in-your-face and highly effective!

Remember, much of the Active Rain audience is OUTRAGED when they must answer a knock on their front door.  This may not be representative of those on your call list. 

Why? Because you have already established VALUE with this select group and will be allowed several free passes. However, it is easy to bankrupt this VALUE BASED RELATIONSHIP through abuse. 

I use Slydial when I need to deliver a message and do not want to engage in a conversation.  I will use SLYDIAL to confirm the run start time and location to my running groups. I will use SLYDIAL to announce the '1st public open house' for those on my buyer list for that property type.

Be warned, if you go this path, make sure the number they block is not YOUR number.

I am not a fan of broadcast emails since I get so many. A select few yes but not a general broadcast!

I do not think any type of robo call is a good idea. I can not block them fast enough. 

Depending on the reason to share them a message. I have investor email distribution list where I will share time to time opportunities for investment. Not too often just once in a while.

no faster way to "blast" your reputation, imho,  I have yet to meet a person (recipient) who appreciates this abuse of technology.

I don't, but some CRMs have this capability.  Check out Facebook's Lab Coat Agents, they are heavy into automation and this type of thing.  They've recently had some posts regarding these tools.
