YES - BUT although they are advertising themselves to take on Zillow, I can tell you what i do know. If you list bank owned homes, some banks use them to manage the sales. Such as submitting tasks and invoices. I USED to pay fo rall sorts of zip codes until they increased their fees ten plus fold. I no longer pay them as they have never got me a client other than a bank i already worked with.

Let me know about their fee.  This year Realtors.com offered me some leads for free. Their fee was fairly pricey. Their marketing guy was honest told me the conversion rate was 5% they sent to two agents at same time. In my case, it will cost several K a year for 1 or 2 zip codes. So I passed. 

Equator-I was one of the few subscribers getting 1 zip code free and got a REO listing through the bank. I am sure it costs now.  

Used them when I did short sales.

I was a member since I was working with short sales. But i'm not a paid member. They still send me emails every other day with their marketing pitches.

So far I have never been south of it.

 Heard of them; never dealt with them.  I have always referred short sales out.

I used Equator to process many short sales back in the day when my business was 100% short sales.  I used the Equator platform only because the lender required me to do so. They promised the moon and the starts back then, promoting getting bank owned listings. 

We used Equator years ago in processing distressed homes. Listing websites? Umm; no idea about this one!

Many lenders required agents to run their short sales through Equator. I had an account with them. I think they were bought out /merged with another company ( Altisource) so not sure what value they provide to real estate agents these days? https://altisource.com/Our-Solutions

I used to belong when it was the vehicle used by banks for foreclosure listings.  I'm not interested in their current attempt to rebrand themselves.
