Yeah, our market is seasonal and our Spring season will go on till about mid-July - then it's 125, then monsoon season and the sidewalks want to roll up. The last SoCal stragglers will have kids back in school right after Labor Day (ours will have already gone back in August) and that's it. Our last residential listing closed 2 weeks ago and I have no intent to acquire more till first of year.
Prices will drop, depending on area 3-5% . . .
