School just got out so, we are in our normal post-school 'lull' to some degree. Because this year, we have a lot of buyers 'left over' from spring market who haven't yet seen their dream home hit the market, there is a little more summer-Closing business than usual for this time of year.

And, yes, the temperature is HOT here too!

Dallas Metro is a very hot market but I'm seeing some people are greedy. That's why their homes stay on the market.

Okay, you're actually talking about HEAT like seasonal weather heat. LOL

Yeah, our market is seasonal and our Spring season will go on till about mid-July - then it's 125, then monsoon season and the sidewalks want to roll up. The last SoCal stragglers will have kids back in school right after Labor Day (ours will have already gone back in August) and that's it. Our last residential listing closed 2 weeks ago and I have no intent to acquire more till first of year.
Prices will drop, depending on area 3-5% . . .

Yes we are in full swing. There are still some listings that are hanging around that shouldn't be.

Our local market has been hot for a long time.

It is so hot that many Maryland residents are moving to Florida.

It's Hot ... homes come on and are off in the blink of an eye -- however, there are still those overpriced for the market and they are hanging around.  Getting a listing is the challenge these days as well as being the Winner when there are 6+ bids on a homes for sale in the area.  

Kevin, Our Knox County Ohio real estate market has been remarkable with lots of buyer activity and we are experiencing a shortable of available inventory.

San Diego stays pretty consistent; heat doesn't play into our market, just open house attendance. We have a slight correction since April county-wide, but in many pockets it's a hot sellers market still!

Market is doing well here.

     Median and lower price ranges are selling quickly.  Resales north of $400K are taking time; buyers are wowed with the bells and whistles of the new construction homes, which are selling well. 

One can only hope.

"Temperate" is the work that describes our year-round weather.

Maybe if you only serve Hobe Sound... But that's never been true for me. 50% of my closings occur between July and the end of September.

Seems to be HOT all over.

No problems with heat here in SoCal. Market still pretty hot but we'll see what happens wth stats this month and next when summer and vacations kick in.

The market here has been hot! Definitely a seller's market. Corrections will come but overall we're headed up. 

My market has been hot all through last fall, winter, and spring.

A fair amount of price reductions here too.  Market is still hot in the right price ranges though.

Actually it's slow down a little bit but it's heating up again...

My market has been on hot fire - sellers are laughing their way to the bank.  We see price increases in my market. 

We had a late spring and a very late spring market. The heat is here n di hope it does not slow things done for those who dont want to go out in it

While the vacation home/condo market slows, the family home, new school district market gets warmer.

Kevin, our market is still going strong and we usually slow down a bit in August as the kids return to school.

Our market is hot and the temps is going up.

We are in our fifth year of being HOT HOT HOT!  

Things have not slowed donw her in over 2 years.  Low inventory and low appraisals make for difficult days.

It doesn't matter how the state is doing, I try to stay steady throughout the year.  We all seem to ride our own personal roller coaster especially if we are not working on a team.

Ours is always steady.

Almost every home owner lives in a million dollar or multiple million dollar shack. Apple, Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Amazon, Bitcoin, Docu Sign, Youtube plus all names..... Expect home prices to double again the next few years....
