I say Yes. I hate to say this but people don't look at Father's Day as they do Mother's Day. Plus until its Football Season,I say do as much Open Houses as you can.

My current listing is occupied and they are having family over as they have a baby and will be his first  Fathers Day.
As to not disturb them , we opted not to have an Open House.
If it was vacant, I probably would.
