I am wrapping up a project that I started (with my vision) 4 years ago. That will help with the business. 
That market is brutal for buyers ... worked the first quarter with buyers that ended up pulling out of the market.  

Adjust. Shift. Adjust. Shift. 

Life is Good ... and things happen that we have to deal with ... time & money = energy spent that were not part of the plan or goals.

To be brutally honest, due to the Historic Low Inventories and buyers competing on almost every deal ... this has been my toughest and most challenging year in 24 years.  Any suggestions for getting listings when sellers won't list because they are so confident that their house will sell in 1-2 days -- and they don't want to end up homeless since there are no homes available matching their search criteria - or  - the sellers of the homes on the market will not entertain a contingent offer.  Catch 22!
