      Florida Association of Realtors magazine has a piece on it this month.  An agent who has much success with it.

I don't... very expensive. Have heard people say they don't like how it shows on-screen... and not sure there's an ROI unless you are talking about a super expensive home.

The photographers that I hire do not use it.

Our RE/MAX office provides this service, although we are charged for using it and I still prefer my walk-through tour done by my professional videographer, professional photos and a professionally drawn floorplan.

I do not, because I did not have a good experience with it on a listing that used it. Then when I saw the cost I was even less likely to use it. I did get two emails the last couple of days offering it for $99 I believe. I deleted them without opening.

It is the flavor of the month at thisd time and a good tool. What surprises me is the lack of competition which gives me some doubts about the longevity.

I haven't taken on Matterport and feel like the other tools are getting good results.

What is Matterport?

No. I take my own photos.

I looked into it, considered it, but it's very pricey - I was not convinced. And I could not see the ROI on it, or any compettive advantage to it. I watch other agents that are using it, and many just abandoned the service. I use a different service that works really well for me.

There's a lot of shiny wizz-bang products out there, you have to weed through it wisely.

I have used it , feed back has been 50 / 50 ~ it makes some dizzy when looking at it.

Yes, but only in homes over 3,000 sqft or with unique floor plans.

Nope. Get yourself a wide angle lens, invest in some video editing software and shoot, run and gun your own imagery arrays, full motion video with natural sound and post them along with the floor plans, plat maps.

We use a professional photographer who uses Matterport to provide 3D tours for our clients and shoppers. Also, drone photography.

I've never been a fan of them, so I don't use them.

No I don't and my photographer does not use it. Haven't had a listing where I thought it would add value.

Praful, I sure do and we own the Matterport 3D camera and we subscribe to their monthly service and we use Matterport to produce floorplans.

I don't, and have asked clients if they like it, and they have said no.

Yes I do because it is realistic and sets the expectation for potential buyers online Praful.

No; I have my own 3D camera and editing program; not Matterport=too pricey!

It's available but I haven't used it.  It's not really taking off in our area like they had envisioned.
