I use the mobile app sometimes for seeing what's around the area.  The reports tend to be too much info for my taste.

Years ago our local board offered an RPR class.  It was so bad all the instructor had to show us was screen shots.  I never looked at it again.

For my needs, Esri, STDB, ARC GIS and my other wonderful CCIM mapping/reporting tools are so far superior I just wouldn't have any use for it.
Even our County GIS which is one of the best in the state has better available tools.
I agree with Weeks, the initial rollout was horrendous and my area is so small and rural, there was just no value.
I've heard it has improved and I know many love it. The best technology is what you will use!

I have been using RPR off and on for years.  I really should revisit and see what enhancements they are now offering.  I get emails all the time and just file them.  Thanks for the reminder Bob Crane
