I don't generally introduce politics or religion onto any platform. That stated, I think the future days of politics will definitely impact real estate. The Dems are desperate and looking under every rock for $$. If they keep getting re elected we can kiss Prop 13 goodbye and that will do it for RE in La La Land. After all Jerry has to figure out a way to save his legacy; "The Train to nowhere".

Wouldn't that be nice, many are fed up with the current state of politics and high taxes and burdensome laws in Cali driving people out. I have sold 3 homes in 3 months to people relocating from Cali. Although a drop in the bucket, a trend none the less where I had 3 in 30 years previously
