More and more of these companies are popping up. If you can't get tried and true testimonials, avoid them no matter what deal they offer you.

I have not heard of it, last time we heard something out of Austin was a company guaranteeing 4,000 leads a month for your website...If  is sound too good to be true.....

       Tell them to give you the leads on contingency; you will pay them a referral fee upon closing (if they are licensed real estate brokers). 

      If they hang up on you, that tells you all that you need to know about them.

That's a new one for me. I ignore all of those type of companies. I think you'd get a better roi by sending out post cards, or even standing on roadside with sign that says " Will work for listings"

I have not heard of them and tend to avoid lead generation companies. I tried a couple early in my career and the leads (if there were any) were not worth the money.
