You should write a post so Google will index all of it & use names. I also had this problem with Placester & they always 'tried' to fix it. I had a different problem but the basic premis was that the IDX never frickin' worked.

I did not pay every month that it didn't work until I finally couldn't stand it anymore. I did slam them in all kinds of reviews & posts so others won't make the same mistakes.

Another glowing endorsement for iHomefinder. We collect your money and provide no real service. 

       This is why I use throw-away credit cards (you can get them from Walmart and other retailers).  Companies like iHomefinder cannot keep charging a card that has a zero balance.

    Also, what  Lyn Sims said... state the facts and no-name calling (to avoid libel), but write posts about them, share it on all of your social media sites, spread the word.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company.  You will prevail. 

Bottom line no credit card company will require you to pay for services you did not receive. 

Don't waste any time writing anyone.

Jenn Erickson - sometimes you just let it go! Of course make sure you are not spending any money.

I fired them after 6 months because they simply have a terrible product in my opinion.  Changed to BoomTown and have been so much happier.

BTW I had a similar problem with a web developer who used to blog and advertise here, I think they were called Z57. They lied their asses off about what they would do for me and then refused to cancel the contract or refund me anything.
