Yes.  As a great salesman once told me, people need to be sold.  The sale is a result of persuasion.  

No, the last thing we want to do is persuade someone to work with us.  They either want to or they do not.  And we do not want to work with people you have to persuade, they rarely are fun and put the blame on you when they cannot do something...A

that takes away from my marketing time and mentoring time.....
