My youngest client was a 24 year old.. I had called a service technician for a maintenance call on my furnace.  Since I think about real estate 24 hours a day the conversation turned to real estate.  He told me he had asked another agent to send him some listings as he wanted to buy his first home.  The other agent had not responded after several days.  I asked him for his requirements, his budget, location, etc.,  and told him by the time he got home he would have an email with some listings.   That was in 2003 and he has been a repeat client... in fact we are off to see a listing tomorrow priced at $ 839,000!!

My youngest buyer ever was a 16 year old living at home. Bought a house as an investment as directed by mom and dad. I rented his house to a 40-year old couple.
