I have sold a number of homes from a video, so yes.

Over the years have asked how folks who know they should be using video why they don't. Long past the time of making excuses for not using real estate video! There not no good reasons. Set up play lists, stock the shelves on homes, land, farms, watever you peddle on the waterfront. Cover the local community events for the out of town real estate buyer and for the locals to feel pride in seeing, hearing too!

Haven't really given this much thought. Most of my business is repeat and referral in any event.

I'll be at an appointment at that time.
