I really don't know - I am here about an hour in the mornings and during the day, I pop in and out when I'm waiting on clients, appointments or on hold on the phone. After 9PM, I spend another hour or two, depending upon what else I have to do after my phone stops ringing in the evenings!

I would say a good hour, some days more and some less. I like to start my day here before things get hectic, otherwise i may never have free time until the end of the day to come back. Starting the day the same way is great for business and gets my blogs posted and out there
