I doubt I'd be speaking with any stranger just sitting next to me. I feel about message t-shirts the way I feel about bumper stickers on cars. I don't like them, don't wear them, and ignore them. Then again, I don't speak to people sitting next to me on planes, either, whether they are advertising a message or not.

I'm with Nina Hollander on this one. I don't usually speak with strangers sitting next to me and I really don't like message t-shirts either or bumper stickers.. I don't often speak to people on planes.  On a few occassions, I did, and they wouldn't stop talking when I just wanted to be left alone.
