YUM!!!  Unfortunately, I'm going to have to just dream of bacon for the foreseeable future.  Having a gall bladder issue and avoiding fatty animal proteins.  

Hmm, great idea, but since breakfast is over in the east we will have bacon & eggs tomorrow.

Oh, I bought some thick slabs last night at the Fresh Market for cooking my black-eyed peas for NYD and had no idea it was a celebretory moment! LOL

Should we eat only domestic bacon today? 

Thank you for pointing this out, dunno about my clints but as for me can't celebrate bacon too many times IMHO.

Oh yes absolutely but by drinking bacon flavored vodka (yes it exists).

I can get on this celebration! I prefer to think everyday is a day to celebrate and honor bacon.

I have uncured apple whiskey bacon that is so freaking good. As far as I'm concerned any bacon day is a good day. Especially if it's on my Bloody Mary.

I don't know about my clients, but as for me, not so much. I am just not much of a bacon lover and hate how it stinks up the house.

Drats, I already went to the store and did NOT pick up bacon. I guess I won't be participating in the celebrations.

My favorite deli breakfast used to be a Bagel Stuffed with Bacon, hold the Eggs & Cheese. I'm ashamed to say I did not know this was the big day for bacon lovers but Woot! Woot! for us!

I love bacon.... cooked extra crispy... it has to snap....

I doubt my clients are celebrating the day ... although some may be eating bacon this morning.
