Get a CRM system that is fully integrated with your IDX site. Stitching together disparate systems will never work properly.

Your question is SPECIFIC to video email and texting.

I use IXACT. They are tied into BombBomb for video emails. I don't know about texting... don't text from my CRM. But you could ask them.  Really not sure that any CRM can offer that as texting is tied in to your phone, but I could be wrong.

Have used Realty Juggler for awhile but making a transition to Salesforce.

I have used Top Producer for 17+ years, and has lots more to it than I use.  Not sure if they have texting & video available, but probably.

wow, a lot of questions about CRM. I use Lion Desk. It is a simple one and was created for realtors. I'll be happy to share a 10% discount code. 

We use Outlook and eEdge, have not tried to do either of these with them.
