I'm wondering about the 295 above the flyer...is that the apartment unit number? Or are there 295 apartments for rent? Or does it mean all the apartments on the flyer rent for $295?

Yes, there should be a comma there, though you can tell that line will not allow more characters, like the comma Bob "RealMan" Timm.  Today, you never know if there might be a 'smoking' pet, as they've picked up habits from their owners - HA!

Yes and there are a couple of other things wrong as well. I read 295 apartments for rent as in 295 choices.Then I see at bottom that must be the price-ok what kind of a 2 bedrm rents that low? Also what does "Pay lights" mean? tenant pays or it is included?
