I did them back during the recession and haven't seen a BPO agent here since about 2014! I couldn't begin to tell you where to find this out!

If we were in a distressed market you would, thankfully we're far from it.

The majority of people doing BPO's that I've encountered were appraisers or local agents doing it part time.

  Not that many, like there was after the Crash 10 or 12 years ago.  A few brokers here have that market sewed up, along with the foreclosures.

Sorry, our market has pretty much recovered from the crash.  Not a lot of BPOs here.
