I say I'm totally paperless but, when I have hourly appointments any given day, I will print that calendar so it can be in front of me at all times.
For the most part, my iCalendar syncs with my phone, iPad and MacBookPro as well as the MacBookPros that my assistants have. So, I dare not add anything to the paper calendar or I might fall off the grid! LOL

I do on my desk. I like the At-A-Glance daily calendar for appointments and as a tickler system. For personal items, I rely on the calendar on my phone since it beeps at me to remind me.Â

You bet and we saturate the local area with the 12 month at a glance and the smaller one month at a time ones. They stick around town offices, public places, hair twisters and local hot spots. They advertise all year long. We use our own 12 month to see when the best closing date quickly and write on the desk top one to remind us of where we need to be and when.

I like the paper calendar above my desk that I get from the same person every year. Honestly it's nice to just glance up and see what dates are on what days of the week. I bring a pocket calendar out to look at dates when writing offers with buyers so that we can pick a closing date. Again, it's nice to be able to look at a calendar when picking a date and I get them in the mail every year anyway; Might as well use them. I definitely also depend on the calendar on my phone, especially for appointments that I want reminders on.

Not anymore. I wouldn't give them up for years until I had kids and had to do a joint calendar with my husband to make everything work properly so now we use Google Calendar shared and that's the only way we can function.-Kasey

I no longer use paper calendars. I use Google calander and it syncs to my phone. Since I have my phone with me at all times, I have a calendar at hand also. Works well for me.
I also enter appointments when I make them, and they sync.
