Same as every year. To have fun, pick on the folks I love the most, teach, learn from and crack up the rest, be a resource, benefit from the collective and be wiser at this time next year for it.

My goal in 2017 was exceeded as of last week.  My goal for the Rain in 2018 is not to miss a day blogging.  My goal for our agency is to grow by  at least 70%

LOL only kidding - I AM a goal-setter and I do take measure of what works for me and what doesn't. I mean, why continue down a path doing something that doesn't achieve the results you set out to achieve.

As for my goal for 2018 in the Rain - I have gotten numerous referrals from this venue this year and in years past so, I will continue to do what I do. I would also like to be a part of making some much-needed changes here. I am not only here for the referrals but, the camaraderie and the learning and feel that some changes need to be made to attract new members and especially to keep our current membership coming back for more!

My goal... same old, same old. If it ain't broke, no reason to fix it.

And I don't set new year resolutions, either.

Have not set a specific goal for AR, however I have become more intentional in posting and engaging and plan to keep that up.

I will likely upgrade next year as well because I fear it will take too long to accumulate 500,000 points.

It's not exactly a goal, but more of a strategy.  I leverage AR to build backlinks to my blog.  I hope that I'm more consistent and creative with that so that it will further strengthen my new blog posts.

I do not have point or feature nor stat goals, because my goal are all around my own blog to get more traffic and make more $.  For that, I'm hoping to have monthly goal of $5,000/month by December 2018...passive income.

Seriously though, just to hang in the Q&A and enjoy the commraderie and helping people out and learning.  Maybe write a couple blogs aside from listings/sales/etc.

A serious answer here Dr. Karen Jones Lewis, Broker - do more Mail-Out to the Community (our niche) Marketing.  We've done more other years and I was not always sure of the ROI, being a newbie.  Now, a few years down the road, I have started back this month, and see that it does 'work', I will be continuing to do this on a monthly basis, in different areas of our community.

Surprise Surprise! I also have goals for ActiveRain - every year!

This time, my first target is reaching 4M points by July 2018, receive at least 2 referrals and give our about 4 referrals.

Not to mention attract more buyers and sellers through my market report posts - and generate at least 4-6 leads in 2018.
