The problem in our area the current homes prices are so high. One almost needs to go to a cheaper State or another City to find that exchange. I know one lady went to Texas buying a cottage for $90K, go to Vegas buy a small condo in downtown and came back with properties scattered throughout the continent. Probably soon she will be overwhelmed in paying taxes, insurances and property management.
