Lots of ADA documents and the like that have been revised and are no longer consistent with the existing laws pertaining to each one.

They're merely 'cleaning house' and simplifying things, in my opinion (for what it's worth)!

I am actually happy he is updating, cleaning house and simplifying things. In the end, courts were never meant to write law/create new laws, so clarifying them is good.
