No, I'm expecting my corporate taxes to be considerably lower so, not having the local tax deductions won't be noticed. Our personal property tax rates here in Charlotte are low anyway.

No, but our county has put out a notice how to do so if people want to. At this time they can only pay 1/2.

I have not. We are already paid for 2017, have large pending sales for 2018, and as a Subchapter S with high income we benefit from the change in corporate tax rate. Does make this tax bill good but that is what it is.

Nope.  I pay them when I have to.  Not a day sooner.

No sales tax here in NH and lucky my property taxes are half of what is allowable.

I always pre-pay all the ones I can.  Now if only I could get my escrow accounts to do that too.  Maybe I'll have to pay them for them.

I would if I could.  A lot of people in NY are looking into doing that as this is a big tax increase for most in my area. 

Also, not sure if your "facts" are correct.  The governor of our state has been recommending that people strongly consider this.  For some this will save them a big chunk of change. It certainly will be a deduction in NYS but not 100% sure it's also a deduction for federal.  They are now looking to make sure these deductions apply to NYS (and NJ).

In Florida, we pay property taxes in arrears and won't even know the amount until about October. We just paid the 2017 property taxes.
