I think twitter is mostly dead, so I wouldn't include a live feed.
The ability to dial the number directly is good, as well as email. Homes sold is good, if it can be accurately obtained through the MLS but also allow for the adding of ones purchased outside of the MLS. Active listings is always a plus. DoFollow Link to their website.

I like your drive to get actionable responses from actual real estate agents. You will need to 'see' the zig of most responses to get what you are looking for.
To answer your question one must ask, 'What is the PURPOSE of this page?"
We know the consumer is looking for 3 to 5 validation points before they call. A validation point is the professional creds found on their broker or franchise website.
Another consideration is 'HOW DID THE CONSUMER GET TO THIS WEBSITE?" If they followed the bread crumbs labeled $10,000 down-payment assistance" that is what must be on the front page.
If the website is for buyer or seller conversions. that what needs to be on the Front page BUYER SELLER.
Now, what I like to do is look at what those who are selling to agents do. As you've observed, winter agents are a hard sell.
Those who have long-lived success selling to agents keep it simple.
Byreferral.com Leverages existing reputation and presents what he already knows about those visiting. ....OR....maybe something about hair.

PS: Your question specifically asks about PROFILE pages on a website. In essence, what do I want presented when someone on my website is seeking those other points of validation?
As an example, not a recommendation, lets assume the agent specializes in AAA or distressed or non-performing notes (need not be an agent for that) the profile should be specifically about solutions this agent has created for this audience. This is essential to answering at least one of the only five questions the buyer or owner has in regards to the agent.
In your product you must press agents to define PURPOSE.
If it for validation? Information? Conversion? List building?
If I'm list building, sharing my recent sales is irrelevant. If it conversion, getting that double-opt in for the 'pocket listings' is a strategy. The profile page needs to support the purpose.
A feature I would like on my well focused, provocative profile page is "Talk to Annette now!" This should be accompanied by a chat window that is active ONLY when I am online. Not on line? Leave a chat message that does straight to my mobile device.
