Here in NH anyway, we do see real estate pick up again after New Years. This year new sales slowed the beginning of December, but i saw the steady flow of 1st buyers, most often young couples without kids buying like it was Spring. If we have a warm January all levels pick up, if we have a cold snowy winter, we may not pick up until March 1. I do see a steady flow of 1st time buyer sales though
