Only 2 in 10 years. 

Just one, me. I'm it. Let's see, I have two offices, one in California (since 2009) and one in Hawaii (since 2013).

I've managed myself for 38 years. Real estate is a jealous master. I got in early and love the industry.

2 in 1.5 years. The managing broker was actually a big part of the reason I made the move but, I really like the new one - a lot! And, the owner of the franchise is amazing so, I'm still happy as a clam!

I am the managing broker and been there almost 90 days.

Amazing leadership team in our market center and a brilliant designated broker keeping us all on the right side of the law.

One. That would be me. I've tried to quit a few times but I just cannot let myself go. I've been caught in my self-imposed trap for 6 years now ...January 2018 I am rolling into year 7 as an independent .... still crazy after all these years.  

For the last 30 years or more I have been the managing broker wherever I have been. 

Two - the one that was there when we arrived, followed by one of our team members two years later when I took a "time out" from real estate to deal with medical emergency.  Kate is still in place - going on 4 years now in that role - we are in our 6th year with the brokerage.

Just two. Both were owners of the brokerage... one of them retired and sold out her portion. I've been there since 2004 with a brief hiatus.

My wife does a great job of managing be all the time.

One and only. He is the owner and i'm with him almost two years. 

I had one from 1992 to 1997 when I got my broker's license.  I've been in charge since then.

Ten years. New broker came on board last year. Old broker still at office with reduced work hours.

One.  Going on 9.   He owns it so...  Guess he's staying.  :)

I've had one and I've been there 12 years.

2 & I can't stand the current one. I actually called my old broker around a year ago & thanked him for all he did during his tenure. Just wanted to let him know that I appreciated what he did.
