A lot can be accomplished if we endeavor to always treat everyone with respect and never do anything that would make someone uncomfortable.

I don't have a clue. I hang my license with my brokerage, but don't go into the office more than once or twice a month for a few minutes. Who would harrass me in my home office? I don't need a policy for myself.

I absolutely would if I had agents. There certainly are enough "bad" examples out there on what is considered harassment. That brings up what happens OUTSIDE of the office by, let's say, clients or would-be clients. I don't put up with lousy jokes, for example, and that includes off-color jokes in blogs including here on AR. I always thought that was tasteless.

My home is my office and I'm the only one there so I guess it's not really necessary.  LOL
