I have not heard of them.  The fact that you say ... they make videos you can use ... suggest that they sell the rights to unlimited numbers of people which means you and gawd only knows how many others are using the videos ... which means it is not original and not unique.  That is not something I would want or use.

Well, just signed up to watch one & the voice over was really bad. I'm one of the largest cities outside Chicago & am not in the vid selection of the suburbs. Duh.

Haven't used them, but I would bet you can find a local person to create videos for you these days. Better yet, just learn to create your own. If you're a decent still - street - landscape photographer, you could use a company like Animoto to create decent community presentations. Also, consider licensing and copyright issues.

Since their fees are around $30 a month, I suspect the video will not be owned by you but allows you ACCESS to their video. 

Be aware, in the real estate agent world, shiny things cost about $30 a month.

But, if they do make video, take a look. If they deomonstrate they can do want you can not, consider using portions of their stuff blended with your own.
