It is important, but i tell my clients to stay away form z and others as they are not Professional sights and do not have all the correct information.

'critical' - no. I do not think of Z as being a valued business partner like you do. It is correct business protocol to have your profile up to snuff on both sites.

There are so many others that clients search also that should be correct. Best one is Google.
